Q. What is your company’s history?

A. In 1996, we started offering several services for Siemens Imaging Equipment.  That evolved into being recognized as their premiere refurbisher for the Proven Excellence program, and we’ve now transitioned to an industry leader in replacement imaging parts.  For more detailed information please visit our Company History page.

Q. What products do you sell?

A. Our main offerings are in the Cath/Angio, R/F, and Rad modalities for Siemens, Philips, and GE equipment.  With that said we have several systems that sit outside that footprint.  Please call a Sales Team Member to inquire.

Q. Do you perform on-site service?

A. No.  Our engineers are on a production schedule and many of our customers are service organizations.  As an independent parts provider, our focus is on providing the best parts our capabilities allow and let those who focus on service do so.

Q. What is your warranty period?

A. Due to our testing and commitment to quality, our warranty period is six months!!  Glassware is prorated over that time period.

Q: What are your hours of operation?

A: Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 8:00pm EST. We operate on-call after hours and on weekends.

Q: Do you offer after hour parts assistance?

A:  Yes!! Call our main office phone number, 800-782-0003, and when prompted select Option 1.  You will be forwarded to our on-call personnel

Q:  What forms of payment do you accept?

A:   Credit applications are available and must be submitted for approval.  If credit is granted, you must provide a valid purchase order at the time of sale.  We also accept all major credit cards and wire transfers.

Q.  Can you ship my part overnight?

A.  We prepackage most of the items we sell so orders are rapidly deployed.  In other instances, an item can be pulled, processed, and ready for shipment in 30 minutes.

Q.  Do you ship overseas?

A. Yes.

Q:  Do you offer site visits to customers?
