Description: Growing company seeking an energetic and motivated individual with customer service experience to work full time (10am-7pm EST). This person will provide extraordinary service to customers while achieving goals and targets set forth by the management team. Candidate will be responsible for working with customers throughout the entire relationship life-cycle: pre-sale, sale and post sale.
Responsibilities:
- Process inbound part requests to convert into sales
- Quote price, availability and terms to customers and record in company database
- Process customer orders
- Process warranty claims
- Answer phone calls and assist with customer requests
- Monitor customer part requests and quote and process as needed
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in MS Office tools – Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Knowledge of CRM systems; Salesforce preferred
- Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-task environment
- Self motivated with the ability to welcome change
- Excellent telephone etiquette with strong communication skills
- Willingness to take on special projects
- Excellent organizational skills are required
- Must be extremely attentive to detail

Description: Dynamic growth opportunity in the medical industry as we are seeking a Medical Device Repair Technician.
Education: Degree in engineering or related field; or equivalent training and experience.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze, test, troubleshoot, and certify electromechanical medical devices.
- Interpret, design, and author schematics and repair work instructions for electromechanical devices.
- Perform wiring, soldering, and cabling based on Schematics
- Assemble components into assemblies as illustrated in work instructions while examining components for correct fit
- Review and maintain device integrity during repair processes
- Verify component specifications throughout the build process
- Resolve assembly issues by evaluating root cause and creating corrective actions
- Evaluate and troubleshoot malfunctions
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Perform visual inspections, conforming to quality standards
Qualifications:
- Competent in identifying fastener types and specifications
- Knowledgeable in the proper usage of basic hand tools including torque wrenches
- Advanced Soldering skills
- Ability to operate digital voltmeters.
- Acquainted with using solvents and potting compounds
- Computer skills; Microsoft Office
- Capable of evaluating and troubleshooting malfunctions mechanical and electrical in nature

Description: A leading provider of replacement parts for medical imaging equipment, located in Salem, VA, is currently looking for an individual to join their team to remove medical imaging systems.
To obtain the position, candidate must be willing to travel (50%) and have a CDL B license or permit. If needed, testing for the license will take place after hire.
Competitive salary, benefits, and phone are provided, as well as additional cash per-diem when off-site for removals.

- Remove imaging systems from facilities
- Process orders for shipment

Qualifications:
- Field service experience in troubleshooting/repair of Cardiovascular, Interventional & Radiography systems
- CT/MRI training and field service experience preferred, but not required
- Working knowledge of Multi-Meters, Oscilloscopes, Luminance Meters, Dose Meters, Phase Meters, Line Resistance Meters, Electrical Safety Analyzers
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and follow technical documentation
- Computer skills; Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills
