Hi, I’m Amy! I’ve been with First Call Parts since 2010. I graduated from James Madison University in 2005 with a B.S. in Dietetics. I came to FCP with a nutrition/wellness, sales, and customer service background and quickly found a way to utilize my passion for health in helping our customers get critical parts for imaging systems so this equipment can continue to save lives. My husband and I have been married for 15 years and have 2 beautiful daughters. When I’m not at work or spending time with family, I can likely be found at the local gym or running outside with mother nature.

Edwin brought his energy to the First Call Parts team after graduating from Hampden-Sydney College in May of 2019. He has since moved into in the Southern Region, handling accounts in Virginia, Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Texas from his remote office in Chattanooga, where his best friend, Bailey the Labrador, keeps him company. When Edwin is not on the road, he spends his free time in the outdoors – hiking, kayaking, wakeboarding, biking, hunting, and fishing. Once, when he and Bailey were on a fishing trip near the office in Salem, Virginia, a loyal customer called on a Saturday needing an Axiom Artis part. Edwin and Bailey drove for nine hours to make sure the customer got the part so the hospital could handle its Monday morning cases Edwin says he truly enjoys going above and beyond for his clients!

Inside Sales RepresentativeEmail
Brandy started with First Call Parts in late 2017. After spending over 15 years in customer service and quality assurance with a satellite TV provider, she found herself looking for a new adventure at a place where her passion for customer service could still be of value while she learned about a completely different industry – one which she says she has grown to love. Outside of work, she dedicates a lot of time to her other passion, baking. Cheesecakes and pumpkin rolls are her specialty, but she is always looking for a new challenge. When she’s not working or baking, Brandy is usually relaxing at home with her dog Ginger and watching some form of true crime, one of her favorite rom-coms, or, if it’s summer, “Big Brother”!
